By accessing or using WarnBase (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WarnBase provides a searchable interface for publicly available Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) notices. Users may search by company name, state, location, and effective date.

The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

The Service and all information provided through it are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information
  • The availability or uninterrupted operation of the Service

  • Any decisions made or actions taken based on the information provided by the Service

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
